I am an award winning writer/producer/director and actor with lots of knowledge in other fields like Cinematography and Editing.

My first college short film ‘The Warehouse’ was selected and shown at the Hollywood Gold Awards as well as the short being a semi-finalist at the Couch Film Festival. I've also produced promotional college adverts for brands such as Nissan, WaterAid and Moet & Chandon which were all well received.

My next college short film ‘Clowning Around’, which I made during lockdown was a success on the awards circuit having won Best Silent Film Award at the EdiPlay International Film Festival as well as being a finalist in the Silent Film Category at the Beyond the Curve International Film Festival. To date, I've had great success with my short films, with them being shown in Hollywood, New York, London and Paris.

In 2022, I achieved my highest honour yet, having been nominated as part of the “Ones to Watch” category at the prestigious Into Film Awards which held it's ceremony at the equally prestigious Odeon Leicester Square in London where my work was showcased on the big dolby premiere screen. Now studying Filmmaking at Leeds Beckett University, I strive to make the best short films and content possible using my passion for on location shooting, production design, world-building and my own unique signature that sets my films apart from the rest.

Whilst at Leeds Beckett University, I produced a sequel to “Clowning Around” called “The Search for Toby.” “The Search for Toby” which again I was Writer/Producer/Director/ Actor on had great success as well with the premiere screening at Leeds Beckett University where it received two rounds of applause during the movie and has subsequently been screened at the London Movie Awards, The Comedy Shorts Awards and the Kalaburagi International Film Festival to name a few.

I’ve also founded my own production company named HallTown Productions so all my future productions will bear the HallTown Productions logo.

Most recently, I took part in the 2024 edition of the KODAK Student Commercial Awards where I filmed a 30 second commercial using entirely 16mm KODAK film and I have just completed post production on my advert for the McVitie's brief called "The Biscuit Detectives" which is a tribute to the Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce era of Sherlock Holmes movies.
